Coaching will help you to pinpoint any problem areas and identify practical actions to resolve them. The content of each coaching session is driven by your needs and during each coaching conversation I will work with you to generate clear actions to help you move forward.
Coaching sessions typically take place over the phone. The first session normally lasts 60 minutes however the duration of further sessions is flexible, depending on your requirements.
There is no fixed ‘course’ of sessions, or frequency; the number and frequency are determined by your requirements. For some clients success may be achieved from a single session, for others, several sessions over a number of weeks may be more useful.
